Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning short-term initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, market shifts, and consumer behaviors to predict future operational needs.
- Future Scenario Planning: Create and stress-test multiple future scenarios to ensure business resilience and adaptability.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to translate futuristic concepts into concrete business strategies.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or futurism, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
