Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with executive leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and execution plans.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Pilot Projects: Spearhead experimental projects (e.g., Quantum AI integration, Generative AI scaling) to validate future technologies.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI usage.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party AI tools and cloud providers to optimize our technology stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate future tech trends and align technical roadmaps with long-term business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
