Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation machine learning models, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
- Optimize system latency and throughput using advanced hardware-software integration techniques.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and hardware engineers to design custom accelerators.
- Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to production.
