Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies relevant to 2026 market dynamics
- Architect strategic roadmaps for next-generation product ecosystems and service innovations
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for geopolitical, technological, and economic shifts
- Partner with R&D and product teams to translate future-vision concepts into actionable development plans
- Present strategic frameworks to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs to measure future-readiness and innovation pipeline maturity
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, industry forums, and stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or Business Analytics
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, corporate innovation, or future-focused consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Deep understanding of macroeconomic indicators, geopolitical shifts, and technological convergence
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management strongly preferred
