This is not a standard development role; it is a strategic, high-level position dedicated to researching, prototyping, and implementing the technologies that will dominate the year 2026 and beyond.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, specifically focusing on Agentic AI, Quantum-Safe Encryption, and Spatial Computing ecosystems. You will lead a cross-functional team of futurists and engineers to build scalable systems that are resilient, intelligent, and ready for the future.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, identifying and validating trends that will shape the digital landscape two years from now.
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design complex, distributed systems that integrate advanced AI agents with traditional cloud infrastructure.
- Pilot New Protocols: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects for cutting-edge hardware-software integration, including AR/VR interfaces and edge computing nodes.
- Lead Innovation Sprints: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists in rapid prototyping cycles to test futuristic hypotheses.
- Ensure Future-Proof Security: Implement cryptographic standards and security protocols that anticipate threats in the post-quantum era.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex futuristic concepts into clear, actionable strategies for executive leadership and investors.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading technical strategy for emerging tech.
- AI & Machine Learning: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and autonomous agent architectures.
- Quantum Readiness: Familiarity with post-quantum cryptography and quantum computing concepts.
- Cloud Mastery: Expert proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including containerization (Kubernetes) and serverless architectures.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve unstructured problems and navigate ambiguity in rapidly evolving environments.
