- Quantum Readiness: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to quantum-resistant architectures and hybrid cloud environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to bridge the gap between theoretical innovation and practical application.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead experimental projects in neural interfaces and holographic computing.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain the highest engineering standards and mentor junior developers on cutting-edge technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI and Quantum Computing trends.
