Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with immediate business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design for next-generation systems, focusing on scalability, security, and AI integration.
- Identify and assess emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing, AGI interfaces) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to prioritize initiatives that maximize future ROI.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and foresight.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies to validate futuristic concepts before full-scale implementation.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.

- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex systems under tight deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
