Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Year 2026 AI strategic roadmap, aligning technical vision with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems for high-performance computing.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and quantum algorithms.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Security) to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices for security and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and data structures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
