Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends and technological inflection points to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision and execution plans
- Produce foresight reports and trend briefs for executive decision-making and investor communications
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track evolution of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or future-vision projects
