Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of systems critical to the 2026 strategic goals.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market research to identify emerging technologies that can be integrated into our core offerings.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate high-level business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, future-proof architectures.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define and enforce best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
- Present architectural roadmaps and technical visions to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives or projects with a multi-year horizon.
- Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning pipelines, or predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect) are highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
