Responsibilities
- Define Strategic Roadmaps: Architect the long-term technical vision for 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability across all digital assets.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Neuro-Symbolic AI integration.
- System Design & Optimization: Design robust, fault-tolerant system architectures that handle high-concurrency environments and real-time data processing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics and data privacy, ensuring adherence to international standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, Kubernetes, and containerization.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML integration, blockchain technology, or quantum computing protocols.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
