Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models and computer vision models.
- Infrastructure: Build and optimize MLOps pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Performance: Optimize model inference latency and throughput to ensure real-time responsiveness.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to define AI requirements and integration points.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest AI research papers and implement novel architectures.
- Ethics: Ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and compliant with ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and cloud architecture.
- Tools: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
