Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and performance under extreme loads.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision for AI model deployment, moving from prototype to production-grade infrastructure.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience designing large-scale systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure (Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless).
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning models, NLP, and Computer Vision architectures.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and drive complex projects from conception to delivery.
