Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Create a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns emerging trends (AI, Quantum, Web3) with business objectives to ensure market leadership by 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development initiatives focused on next-generation technologies, identifying white-space opportunities for product innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders, C-suite executives, and board members to secure buy-in for long-term projects.
- Vendor & Partnership Strategy: Evaluate emerging tech partnerships and acquisitions, assessing their viability for the company's 2026 growth strategy.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation within the engineering department, fostering talent that is ready for future challenges.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech landscapes to predict shifts in the market and adjust our roadmap proactively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or executive planning role.
- Tech Stack Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Sustainable Tech).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into technical roadmaps and operational plans.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
