Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models tailored for enterprise-scale applications.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid AI-quantum algorithms.
- Optimize deep learning inference pipelines to reduce latency and improve energy efficiency.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to define the roadmap for future AI capabilities.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Generative AI or Large Language Models.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
