As a Future Tech Architect, you will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies, evaluating their potential for scalability, and integrating them into our core infrastructure to drive innovation.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of strategy and engineering, ensuring our products are not only ready for the future but are actively shaping it. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust systems that anticipate market shifts and user needs in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the company, specifically focusing on technologies relevant to the 2026 era.
- Technology Evaluation: Research, prototype, and validate emerging technologies such as advanced AI, edge computing, and next-gen cloud architectures.
- System Design: Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance system architectures that can handle future growth and complexity.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-facing systems adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal initiatives and hackathons to foster a culture of experimentation and cutting-edge problem solving.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and implementing forward-thinking technical solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Future Tech Familiarity: Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML integration, Web3, or quantum computing concepts.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
