Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on scalable, resilient, and future-proof systems architecture.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core business operations.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing, AR/VR) and assess their potential impact on our ecosystem.
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate business goals into long-term technical strategies.
- Engineering Excellence: Establish and enforce high-quality coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across the organization.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or Principal Architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices; proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
