Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and strategists to prototype and validate future-ready solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical vision with business goals and market demands.
- Conduct deep-dive research into predictive analytics to forecast technological shifts and prepare infrastructure accordingly.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentor junior architects and foster a culture of continuous innovation and learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in a senior technical role, with at least 5 years in leadership or strategic planning.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies expected to dominate in 2026, including Generative AI, Web3, and IoT ecosystems.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act tactically in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
