Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning for the next generation of our product suite, identifying key technological shifts that will define the industry.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into next-gen AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces, managing a budget for prototyping and experimentation.
- Architectural Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling the demands of future workloads.
- Talent Cultivation: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical roadmaps to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Proven experience in defining long-term technical roadmaps and managing R&D cycles.
- Strong background in full-stack architecture with a focus on scalability and security.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
