Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neuromorphic Computing) and evaluate their potential for integration.

Qualifications

- Proven track record of strategic planning and technology forecasting, specifically looking 3-5 years ahead.
- Advanced degree (Masterβs or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Deep understanding of current AI trends, including Large Language Models and autonomous systems.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
