Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging trends.
- Architect AI-Native Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of systems leveraging Generative AI and machine learning models.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Architect high-availability, low-latency cloud infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- R&D Leadership: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with deep understanding of system design patterns.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Practical experience integrating AI models into production applications.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive consensus in cross-functional teams.
