Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, aligning innovation with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling complex, real-time data streams.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Research, prototype, and integrate cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI, Quantum Computing primitives, and Edge IoT.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and scalability bottlenecks before they impact the 2026 launch cycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Foresight: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous, high-impact engineering problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
