Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for 2026, aligning with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems for next-gen AI applications.
- Lead cross-functional teams in research and development of emerging technologies.
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Quantum Readiness) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the migration to cloud-native infrastructure to support global scalability.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment automation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Proven experience leading technical roadmaps for major digital transformations.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong background in system design, distributed systems, and high-availability environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
