Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning engineering goals with long-term business objectives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen workloads and AI integration.
- Lead the research and development of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Spatial Computing, and Edge Computing.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable solutions.
- Identify potential risks in technical architecture and develop mitigation strategies for the 2026 transition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in Cloud Native technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Python and Rust or systems programming languages.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term tech trends and apply them to business problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
