Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the conceptualization and technical execution of our 'Year 2026' initiative, aligning AI capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects, evaluating emerging technologies like generative AI, edge computing, and predictive modeling.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate high-level visions into actionable technical specifications.
- Vendor & Technology Management: Evaluate and select cutting-edge tools and platforms that will define our tech stack for the next half-decade.
Qualifications
- Proven Expertise: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think 5-10 years ahead and define technology roadmaps that drive business value.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern programming languages (Python, Rust, TypeScript).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Track record of solving ambiguous problems and driving innovation in high-pressure environments.
