Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design scalable, resilient, and future-proof systems architectures capable of supporting advanced AI workloads and real-time data processing for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focused on emerging technologies, including edge computing, neural interfaces, and quantum-inspired algorithms.
- System Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning and optimization of complex distributed systems to ensure zero-latency operations and maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, AI researchers, and engineering leads to translate visionary concepts into executable technical roadmaps.
- Establish Technical Standards: Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns across the organization to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, cloud infrastructure, or high-scale software development.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker). Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly desirable.
