Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Bridge the gap between product management and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify high-impact technologies and evaluate their feasibility for integration into our core ecosystem.
- Present complex architectural concepts to C-level stakeholders and investors.
- Establish best practices for scalability, security, and innovation in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or strategic technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex, large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure, and Distributed Systems.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast technology trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
