Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Technology Roadmap for 2026, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive research and proof-of-concept validation for emerging technologies.
- Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and C-Suite leadership to prioritize initiatives.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with long-term technology investments.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of future tech integrations.
- Lead internal workshops and training sessions to upskill teams on upcoming tech trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Strategy, or Engineering Management.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and long-term roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI, and data ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, scaling technology environment.
