Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership to outline a long-term vision for technological integration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Architectural Strategy: Design scalable, secure, and future-proof architectural frameworks that support current operations while accommodating rapid growth and innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a technical evangelist, translating complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and technical teams alike.
- Innovation Implementation: Spearhead pilot programs and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for disruptive technologies, managing the transition from ideation to full-scale implementation.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or technology strategy.
- Proven track record of leading strategic technology initiatives and delivering high-impact results.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging tech stacks, including cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern programming paradigms.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term scalability.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in navigating complex organizational changes and driving adoption of new technologies.
