- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technical blueprints and progress reports to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in fast-paced experimental environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with proven product-to-market success
- Expertise in at least two emerging fields: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or bio-integrated systems
- Track record of managing $5M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier tech journals
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architecture
