Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, neuromorphic computing, bio-AI) to define 2026 innovation priorities
- Architect scalable prototypes for next-gen AI systems and autonomous infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) through agile innovation sprints
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate-resilient smart cities and personalized healthcare
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and investor stakeholders with data-backed projections
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants through strategic government and industry partnerships
- Mentor talent in emerging tech methodologies and ethical innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging tech implementation
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech with 3+ years at scale
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent industry impact
- Experience leading teams of 15+ across multiple innovation cycles
- Strong background in securing government grants and corporate partnerships
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (TRIZ, Stage-Gate, Design Thinking)
