We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Lead to spearhead our strategic roadmap and integrate next-generation technologies into our core infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between current engineering capabilities and the emerging landscape of 2026, ensuring our platforms remain at the forefront of innovation. You will work closely with C-suite executives and product teams to define technical visions that drive long-term growth and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 transition, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead architectural design for scalable, future-proof systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Conduct R&D on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Advanced Cloud) to identify viable implementation strategies.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product management to translate 2026 strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern architectures ensuring zero downtime.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of 2026 initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations and roadmap planning for future years.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and predictive analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or TOGAF are a plus.
