Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and technical execution for the company's 2026 Roadmap, ensuring all deliverables are future-proof.
- Design and implement advanced machine learning pipelines and scalable data architectures.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, advanced LLMs) to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance and ensure high availability for critical infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience designing systems with a focus on long-term scalability and 2026-era technology requirements.
- Expert knowledge of Python, Java, or Go, and deep familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with predictive analytics, big data processing (Spark, Hadoop), and real-time data streaming.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
