Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technological Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create a comprehensive vision for our tech stack and infrastructure for the year 2026.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the adoption and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning models to optimize our internal operations and client services.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Conduct rigorous research and prototyping of emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain, AR/VR) to identify viable use cases for the enterprise.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and forge partnerships with key technology vendors and research institutions to accelerate innovation.
- Talent Development: Mentor and guide senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Resource Allocation: Make data-driven decisions regarding budget, personnel, and technology investments to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, cloud architecture, and software development lifecycles.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive leadership.
