- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business goals.
- Predict industry trends and prepare the organization for technological disruptions.
- Oversee R&D initiatives focused on next-generation user experiences.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product leadership.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Experience with Quantum Computing concepts and future tech stacks.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
