- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI integration and next-gen infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and future-proof thinking.
- Tech Stack Architecture: Lead the selection and implementation of scalable, futuristic technology stacks.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives to evaluate emerging tech like neural networks and quantum computing.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical vision into clear strategies for executive leadership and clients.
- Legacy Modernization: Drive initiatives to modernize legacy systems into 2026-ready architectures.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- AI/ML Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics.
- Future Tech: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and future tech trends is highly desirable.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
