Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Define and execute the technical roadmap for Future Tech initiatives, specifically targeting milestones relevant to the 2026 industrial landscape.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of robust, scalable systems that integrate AI, predictive analytics, and cloud-native solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- R&D Management: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs) and evaluate their potential for integration into our core products.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and product management teams.
- Performance Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize system latency, throughput, and overall computational efficiency for future-proof workloads.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks; experience with Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
- Future Tech Insight: Demonstrated experience or keen interest in emerging technologies, specifically those relevant to the 2026 timeframe (e.g., edge computing, AI agents).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and drive technical solutions from concept to production.
- Leadership: Strong track record of managing diverse teams and delivering high-quality products under tight deadlines.
