Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy high-performance AI models for real-time data processing and predictive analytics.
- Lead the research, development, and integration of quantum algorithms into our core infrastructure.
- Design robust, fault-tolerant microservices capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for the Horizon Nexus Labs 2026 product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex futuristic concepts into market-ready, scalable solutions.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI, machine learning, or distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with deep experience in modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of Neural Network optimization, large language models (LLMs), and generative AI.
- Strong background in cybersecurity, data privacy, and ethical AI implementation.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
