- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and oversee the execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI integration and next-gen computing.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends to identify opportunities for disruption and growth.
- Project Leadership: Lead high-level initiatives involving the adoption of Generative AI tools and predictive analytics platforms.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical strategies with broader business goals.
- Proof of Concepts: Design and validate prototypes for futuristic technologies to de-risk large-scale deployments.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering and product teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in a senior technical leadership role, with a focus on strategy or R&D.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry shifts and adapt organizational strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and delivering innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
