Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling exponential growth.
- Lead the integration of cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning models into core product features.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct architectural reviews and technology assessments to mitigate risks and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Security) to deliver seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architectures (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent).
- Proven track record of building and deploying large-scale cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Experience with real-time data processing and edge computing technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and security.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
