Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Lead the design and execution of rigorous security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Optimize gas efficiency and transaction throughput for high-volume dApps.
- Integrate off-chain data with on-chain logic via oracles and subgraphs.
- Drive technical architecture decisions and mentor junior developers.
- Contribute to the open-source ecosystem and build developer tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years specifically in blockchain development.
- Deep expertise in Solidity, Rust, or Go, with experience deploying on Ethereum, Polygon, or Solana.
- Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with tools like Hardhat, Foundry, and testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for security best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
