Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, decentralized AI) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future-proof business opportunities
- Design scalable architecture for next-gen IoT and metaverse ecosystems
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technology adoption across industries
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers on future technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
