Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, robust, and secure infrastructure for cutting-edge AI models and quantum processors.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technologies.
- Prototype Innovation: Spearhead the development of Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) for revolutionary technologies including neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Optimize Performance: Drive performance optimization strategies for massive-scale distributed systems running on next-gen hardware.
- Collaborate Globally: Partner with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate vision into reality.
- Mentorship: Guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading teams in AI/ML or High-Performance Computing.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of Quantum Computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) or Neuromorphic Hardware.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, undefined technical challenges.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to stakeholders and investors.
