Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with organizational vision for 2026
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Architect scalable digital transformation frameworks for enterprise clients
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs and hackathons
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board members
- Establish partnerships with Silicon Valley tech incubators and research institutions
- Drive innovation culture through internal tech scouting and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, and distributed systems
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or equivalent
- Track record of launching successful digital transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts
