Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product cycle, aligning engineering capabilities with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant microservices and distributed systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., advanced LLMs, quantum-ready algorithms) into the core stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Code Quality & Compliance: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker/K8s), and serverless architectures.
- AI/ML Proficiency: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Deep Learning frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered system issues.
