Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for real-world applications.
- Optimize existing neural networks for latency, throughput, and memory efficiency using edge computing techniques.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay current with the latest research in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning to integrate novel techniques.
- Conduct A/B testing and model validation to ensure reliability and safety.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-level AI/ML systems.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, distributed computing, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and version control (Git/GitHub).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
