Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable neural networks and quantum algorithms designed specifically for the Year 2026.
- Lead high-level design sessions to create robust, fault-tolerant systems for our autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with quantum physicists to integrate classical and quantum computing paradigms into a unified software stack.
- Optimize system performance, latency, and energy efficiency for next-gen data centers and edge computing nodes.
- Define best practices for AI ethics, transparency, and responsible technology deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the R&D team.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 2 years focusing on quantum computing or advanced systems engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale software systems on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
