Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI integration and scalable cloud architecture.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced machine learning models and quantum computing prototypes.
- Mentor and foster a high-performance engineering culture, ensuring code quality and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex systems in fast-paced environments.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Distributed Systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies.
- Experience with quantum computing principles or a demonstrable interest in emerging hardware.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical vision to diverse audiences.
