Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on the 2026 vision, identifying key technologies that will define the next decade of industry standards.
- AI & Automation Integration: Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI and automation strategies to optimize operational efficiency and enhance product capabilities.
- Technical Visionary Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical strategies, ensuring alignment with long-term corporate objectives.
- Disruptive Innovation: Monitor emerging trends in quantum computing, blockchain, and generative AI to assess their potential impact and integration into our product suite.
- Talent & Culture: Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the technical department.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical product management with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations and defining long-term technical strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), microservices, and modern software development lifecycles.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, Edge Computing) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
