Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the development of the technical roadmap for our 2026 product suite, identifying key emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Bio-digital interfaces) and assessing their viability.
- Prototype Development: Design and build high-fidelity prototypes for future technologies, testing hypotheses in sandbox environments before scaling to production.
- Technical Architecture: Create scalable, secure, and future-proof system architectures that can adapt to rapid technological shifts.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into global tech trends, publishing internal white papers and presenting findings to the executive board.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development cycles.
- Talent Acquisition: Mentor junior engineers and build a high-performance R&D team focused on forward-thinking engineering practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership roles, with a demonstrated history of leading complex technical projects.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of machine learning, cloud infrastructure, or distributed systems. Familiarity with emerging tech stacks is a major plus.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven ability to think outside the box and demonstrate a high aptitude for learning and mastering new technologies quickly.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on creative problem-solving and strategic planning.
